Dr William Alazawi is Reader in Hepatology, Queen Mary, University of London. He qualified from Cambridge and trained at Addenbrooke’s Hammersmith, King’s College and Royal London Hospitals. Will is passionate about teaching and lecturing. He has directed undergraduate and postgraduate medical course since 2006 around the UK and overseas.
We asked Will to tell us why he is looking forward to directing our course.
“I have run and taught on many courses over the years but this one will be refreshingly different. Delivered in short, clear lectures, each speaker has been carefully briefed to tailor their 30-45 mins to a focused topic attendees tell us is essential to their practice and learning. Plenty of time is available for questions – some set aside in the timetable and also informally in the breaks. I look forward to welcoming you all in London in January.”
